[All that wasn't really worth thinking about anymore, seeing as though that plan failed completely. Because he was now in the much earlier time, many years because he was born. In this time, Corazon was a child.
Still, if what Doflamingo said (about being through hell) was true, than as a child, Cora-san had been through many hardships, and couldn't he at least try to save him from that? At least that was what he settled upon a few weeks ago. Then, he could make another trip in the future.]
[Easier said than done, as he had to find little Rocinante Donquixote first.]
[So he spent most of the time trying to do just that. Thanks to his efforts, he now at least knew Rocinante's and Doflamingo's father's name, which he was going to use. Because surely Cora-san wouldn't trust just anybody, so he was going to introduce himself as Homing's old friend when they finally met. One that was kept a secret, for good reasons.]
[Law smirked. At least a fake name he's been using in this time since he arrived wasn't anybody's real name, ever, he's checked that.
Jack D. Rakham. He's been also using a wig and fake moustache, because he really didn't want anybody to potentially recognize him in the future.]
[In the beginning, after learning from calendars and drunk people (nobody's weirded out about questions like 'what year is it' after too many drinks) he's been worried he might not even recognize Cora-san at this time. That wasn't a problem any longer, as he's managed to obtain a photograph of Don Quixote family. The only photograph of Corazon he's ever had... and the little boy looked happy on it, so Law's decided to keep it even when he's back to his own time. To treasure it forever.
Speaking of the child, Law had reasons to believe he was getting closer to finding him. Having a photograph (for two weeks now) and being able to show it while searching for clues about the boy's current whereabouts really made it easier.]
